About me

Hi, I’m Susana.

I am a fully qualified psychotherapist and Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), offering both clinical depth and lived understanding of the twin flame journey.

Susana, psychotherapist and founder of Twin Flame Support
A therapist who understands the journey

You do not have to separate the psychological from the spiritual.

I offer a grounded therapeutic space where trauma, relationships, attachment, meaning and spiritual experience can all be explored together.

My therapeutic work

I specialise in childhood trauma, complex trauma and CPTSD, relationship difficulties, attachment wounds, and the spiritual and existential dimensions of life.

My approach is integrative and relational. That means we can look at the present moment, the relationship patterns that keep repeating, the childhood experiences underneath them, the ways your nervous system responds, and the meaning you make of what is happening.

Why I created this service

The twin flame journey can be extraordinarily isolating. It can be difficult to find a therapist who understands why the connection remains meaningful, why separation can feel so devastating, or why spiritual and psychic experiences can form such an important part of the journey.

I created this service so that people navigating these experiences have somewhere they do not need to minimise, translate or defend themselves before the therapeutic work can even begin.

A grounded space for a profound experience

I will not tell you what your connection is supposed to mean, make predictions about another person, or make your decisions for you. Instead, we can work with your lived experience: the love, grief, confusion, activation, longing, fear, meaning, boundaries and healing that are actually present.

Professional & ethical practice

A grounded, ethical therapeutic space.

I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and work in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.

My practice is grounded in professional ethics, confidentiality, respect, appropriate boundaries and a commitment to your wellbeing.
